Comeen Partners with Neat to Provide a Seamless Room Experience for Google Meet-Native Workplaces

Comeen and Neat partnered to enhance Google Meet rooms with smart booking, signage, and seamless room management.

Austin, TX – June 10, 2025 — With hybrid work now the standard, leading companies are looking for simpler, smarter ways to manage meeting rooms. That’s why Comeen, a meeting room solution Recommended for Google Workspace, has partnered with Neat to deliver a new integration that takes Google Meet-native room experiences to the next level.

Following Neat’s recent Google Meet Hardware partnership, the integration with Comeen makes it easier than ever for companies using Google Meet to manage their spaces, from scheduling to signage.

Neat's expansion into the Google Meet ecosystem opens up powerful new possibilities for our customers. Integrating with Comeen makes perfect sense,” said Sherri Pipala, VP of Global Alliances at Neat.

Our goal has always been to simplify the workplace experience inside Google Workspace,” said Ben Gauthier, CEO at Comeen. “With this integration, we’re pairing Neat’s high-performance hardware with our smart booking and signage software, all being fully infused within employees' daily tools. It’s everything a modern workplace needs to make the meeting room experience great.

A unified workspace experience: from room management to visibility and communication.

This integrated solution combines Neat’s high-performance meeting room hardware (including Neat Pad and Google Meet-Certified devices) with Comeen smart workplace software infused to employees’ ecosystems (whether Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). From room scheduling to smart signage, the partnership brings clarity, simplicity, and measurable impact to every stage of the meeting journey.

With Comeen users can reserve rooms directly via a conversational agent inside their preferred chat tool (for a Google-native environment: Google Chat) making booking as intuitive as having your own personal assistant. Smart notification workflows then proactively engage employees in chat to reduce ghost meetings (which in average account for up to 30% of bookings) by prompting users to confirm or cancel upcoming reservations. All updates are synced in real time with the Neat Pad, allowing on-the-spot booking and ensuring clear availability for everyone.

Beyond booking, Comeen provides reliable usage data to workplace and facility teams, empowering them to optimize space and understand real occupancy trends. And when Neat meeting room devices are idle, meaning no calls or meetings taking place, Comeen transforms them into powerful communication touchpoints by automatically displaying dynamic content on the room screens.

This partnership is intended to deliver a complete meeting room experience: intuitive for employees, insightful for workplace teams, effortless to manage and well-designed for the workplace.

Live at InfoComm 2025

The integration will be officially showcased at InfoComm, June 11-13, where Comeen will be featured on the Neat booth. To hear more about the power of our integration and see how it can fit your organization’s needs, Comeen will speak on June 11 at 12:20 PM, at Neat booth (#3901). Find more about Neat at neat.no
