Junior Product Owner (Apprenticeship)

We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner to help design, test, and launch impactful workplace features alongside our Product, Design, and Development teams.

✨ The job

Working closely with a Head of Product, UX-UI designer and developers, your tasks will include:

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Conduct user interviews to gather insights and feedback.
  • Writing clear and detailed user stories and functional specs.
  • Helping prioritize the product backlog and participating in agile rituals (planning, demos, retros, etc.).
  • Contributing to testing and validating new features before release.
  • Writing and maintaining product documentation for internal teams and end users.

👤 Your profile

  • Currently studying at a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on product, innovation, or project management.
  • Passionate about digital products, UX, and solving user problems.
  • A natural communicator with a knack for problem-solving and a customer-first mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in English.
  • Previous experience in product, startup projects, or tech (internships, hackathons, etc.) is a plus.
