Customer Engineer AV/UC

We’re looking for a Customer Engineer with solid AV/UC experience to help deliver, integrate, and support our workplace solutions for customers alongside our Product

✨ The job

Working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, your tasks will include:

  • Leading the technical setup and configuration of digital signage and meeting room booking solutions.
  • Assisting customers in integrating our platform with their existing infrastructure (hardware, collaboration suites like Google Workspace/M365, networks, and CMS).
  • Acting as the main technical point of contact to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Providing technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
  • Creating and maintaining user guides, best practice documentation, and FAQs.
  • Sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.
  • Ensuring smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams

👤 Your profile

  • Degree in engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Passionate about workplace technology, AV/UC systems, and helping customers solve technical challenges.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience with digital signage, meeting room booking, or AV/UC deployments (internships, support roles, or personal projects) is a plus.
