Europe Sales Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our European sales efforts.

Our SaaS platform is integrated with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and Slack, and provides features such as:
- Meeting room booking and meeting room management
- Corporate and operational digital signage
- Visitor check-in
- Desk booking

✨ The job

You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a strong pipeline, and establishing our brand presence in the EU market. If you're a self-motivated, ambitious, and strategic sales professional with a passion for SaaS sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsabilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the EU market, focusing on mid-to-large-sized enterprises
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, demos, and presentations to showcase our solution's value proposition
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in our CRM
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

👤 Your profile

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the workplace management, room booking, visitor management, or digital signage industries
  • Speaking English and French fluently
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital signage or workplace management solutions
